Edgerton Professional Building Going Green! The Edgerton Professional Building is switching from fluorescent T12 bulbs to energy efficient LED fixtures. What does this mean to a tenant? First, LOWER RENT! Rent is based on actual expenses, including energy and a lower energy fixture translates to less energy used. LED fixtures use 18% of the energy of a standard flourescent T12 bulb. Second, the new fixtures have a modern, attractive design. And finally, the cool, consistent color of LED is recommended for office applications.

The Edgerton Profession Building Welcomes Greater Milwaukee Physicians Center. The Greater Milwaukee Physicians Center took occupancy of Suite 101 on July 1st of this year. The Greater Milwaukee Physicians Center consists of a lobby, 3 exam rooms, and a physician resource center dedicated to performing Independent Medical Evaluations to support the legal and workers comp industries.
